Concrete sealer for pool deck

Concrete pool sealer can be applied in wet base layer, the base layer is not limited by water content, the construction period can be shortened, and concrete pool deck sealer has high tensile strength and elongation. It has strong crack follow ability to the base layer, and the coating is tough and has obvious flexibility.

UMS-AUPT Polyurea waterproof coating has simple construction, continuous waterproofing after film formation, and good construction and waterproof effect on various corners and facades. The coating is used for water park and, Swimming Pool Sealer system. The Pool Sealant will not peel off and affect the appearance and circulation water system. Concrete Pool Sealer can withstand sun exposure and has the functions of waterproof, anti-seepage and anti-slip.

Construction process:

1. Cut the V-shaped seam and make a reserved expansion joint with a slit width of 6mm and a depth of 2cm.

2. Polish, level the base and clean the site. Caulking treatment.

4. After drying the base surface, brush the special primer T9302 and apply it to the base surface in two steps.

5. Polyurea elastic intermediate coating, use the tool to coat the coating on the base surface, pay attention to the surface leveling effect when applying scraping.

6. Apply anti-slip topcoat T301, mix the paint well in the specified proportion, and apply it to the layer by roller or spray gun.

T9302 primer: 0.3kg/m2              waterproof coating A: curing agent B = 1:1

T107 polyurea coating mortar layer: 0.6kg/m2    waterproof coating A: curing agent B = 1:1

T100 medium coating: 0.3kg/m2              waterproof coating A: curing agent B = 1:1

T301 topcoat 0.2kg/m2                waterproof coating A: curing agent B = 2:1

 

Construction Notes:

1. The cement foundation strength must reach C25 or above; the curing time is not less than 28 days.

2. During the construction process, the front coating must be corrected before the construction of the process, and the surface should be kept clean.

3. Pay attention to the weather changes before the construction of each process. After construction, it is necessary to ensure that there

will be no water intrusion within 5-10 hours.
