All accessories are installed inside the container except the evaporative cooling equipment which is assembled on top of the container. The flake ice maker and evaporative cooling equipment are shipped separately and the whole system can be put into operation onsite as long as the container is hoisted to designated location and connected to evaporative cooling equipment, water & power source. Air Delivery System ? Air delivery of ice is proper for transporting ice flakes over long distance. It's specially designed and manufactured for clients' requirements. The most encouragement is that it can be delivered to several concrete mixers. It's connected to the ice extractor of the storage, in which ice is mixed with pre-cooled air from a compressor and can be transported with the air flowing to a delivery point which is freely adjusted with maximum conveyance capacity of 30 tons/hour. At the same time, the system ensures that the ice flakes conveyed are dry and clean.
