Product description

This is a multi-cavity injection mold designed for plastic electronics components. This mold is a multi-cavity mold, designed to produce multiple parts in a single cycle. The primary challenge in designing such molds is ensuring that each cavity is balanced so that the material fills each cavity uniformly. Improper flow balance could result in variations in the quality of the molded parts, including differences in weight, strength, or appearance. Since the mold is intended for a product requiring precision, the tolerances need to be extremely tight. The design must account for material shrinkage, pressure distribution, and temperature gradients to ensure that each molded part maintains the required specifications. Ensuring that all moving components, like sliders or lifters, fit and operate without interference also adds a level of complexity.

The mold base steel is S50C and mold insert steel uses S136 steel with a hardness of HRC48 - 52, and the mold life of the steel can reach 500,000shots or more.
