Product description

This is a Custom Toolbox Shell Injection Mold. As a large flat part, the toolbox shell poses a significant risk of warping. This requires special attention to the cooling channels and even pressure distribution throughout the mold. Additionally, parting line accuracy is critical to ensure no gaps or misalignments in the final assembly.

The external surface of a toolbox usually requires specific texturing (e.g., grain or matte finish). Achieving a uniform texture without imperfections requires high-quality mold surface treatment. The mold base steel is S50C and mold insert steel uses S136 steel with a hardness of HRC48 - 52, and the mold life of the steel can reach 500,000shots or more.
