??? The machine is used in grinding groove of straight-flute tap of M3-M20 standard with the use of form grinding and it possesses functions of clamping grinding straight flute and spiral point one at a time.

The machine adopts advanced control system and precise and reliable servo drive device, and autonomously developed software has a man-machine interface with a good function of human-machine interaction, which can be operated with no need for professional numerical control people. In addition, the machine tool provides standard tap grinding style, and users’ exclusive process technology can be formed into the program to make unique products. The machine tool has four CNC axes in realizing work-piece graduation and feed, GW feed, GW dressing, and para-position of GW grinding groove and GW grinding spiral point. GW dressing shall be completed by diamond roller, which can be made with any curves. The machine tool is equipped with step-by-step loader, and labor cost is saved, so one person can operate three to six machines.
