Purpose and characteristics

This separator centrifuge is used for protein separation, yellow slurry concentration or process liquid clarification in the starch production process. It has high rotation speed, belt drive and high separation factor. It is a high-quality multi-purpose disc starch separator. Suitable for use by starch manufacturers with an annual output of 30,000 tons or more. With appropriate combination, it can also be used for the separation or clarification of various materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, bioengineering, oil and other fields.

Structural features: Washing water or circulating fluid enters the bowl body from the top. Compared with the traditional entry method from the bottom through a hollow vertical shaft, it has the advantages of easy operation, reliable structure, and low energy consumption. The bowl set adopts anti-collision patented technology, which can effectively prevent the bowl set from colliding with the fuselage, cover and centripetal pump when the nozzle is clogged and the bowl set is unbalanced, ensuring safe operation of the machine and avoiding major accidents. There are nozzle disassembly and assembly holes in the fuselage. When the number of nozzles blocked is small (usually 1 to 2), stop the machine in time and remove the clogged nozzles from the disassembly and assembly holes for half-speed cleaning, which can quickly restore the separation effect of the bowl group. There is no need to disassemble the bowl set for cleaning, which greatly extends the working time between disassembly and cleaning of the separator bowl set and reduces the labor intensity of operators.

This machine is equipped with a real-time monitoring system for nozzle clogging, oil temperature, rotation speed, and vibration to ensure long-term safe and reliable operation of the machine.
