1 . Premium level quartz raw material

Holy Quartz maintains a vast network of steady raw material suppliers in southern Guangdong and Guangxi region of China , to ensure quality and consistency of materials is always achieved . Holy Quartz has exclusivity agreements with quarry owners for the procurement of premium level quartz . Furthermore , our procurement team does a rigorous inspection before raw materials are shipped to the factory for production .

2 . Advanced quartz production machinery

Advanced quartz production machinery and equipment contribute to a wide range of innovative functions as well ensuring highest quality level of quartz slabs . We adopt new techniques and use hydraulic pressure production machinery . The pressure is uniformly during production process , which makes our quartz slabs are higher density and better planeness than other manufacturers whom use air pressure production machinery .

3 . Sectional type heating curing process

The traditional heating curing process other factories use is one step heating . Our factory use unique and brand new curing kiln . Our sectional type heating curing process is divided in four stages , preheat zone , heating zone , high temperature zone , which makes internal molecular structure of slabs generate chemical reaction , and avoids dark lines and crack on slabs caused by suddenly heating or cooling .
