Punching and cutting barrel hole turning machine
1、Flanging and squeezing rib is a single machine equipment, including hydraulic system, expansion mechanism, flanging mechanism, squeezing mechanism, material receiving storage location;
2、Flanging and squeezing rib manually put the riveted cylinder into the automatic flanging and squeezing rib machine, then exit the operating area of the equipment and start the equipment. The inner ring of flanging and squeezing rib are simultaneously done in the outer ring, and the flanging and squeezing rib are completed. Then the flanging and squeezing mechanism are returned to the original position.
3、The operating side of the equipment shall be equipped with grating protection device. When the personnel enter the operating range of the equipment, the equipment will stop automatically to prevent harm to human body.After flanging and banding, the equipment will give a prompt and stop the mechanical action. The barrel ring shall be taken out manually and placed on the receiving warehouse for conveying to the next process.
