BRAVO series freeze-drying is to quickly freeze the water in the material into solid ice. Under the premise that the ice does not dissolve, the water is directly vaporized from the solid state，and the steam is continuously removed to drying the material. The dried material by vacuum freeze has basically the same biological state and little loss of nutrient content. The dried material is porous and its volume is basically the same as that before drying. After adding water, the material can quickly recover.
Freeze-drying is an excellent drying method. The dried product can be stored for a long time at room temperature without additives. The structure of freeze-dried articles is porous and crisp. The color, aroma, taste, shape and biological activity of the articles restored after adding water are basically unchanged, and it is especially suitable for the food, health products and pharmaceutical industries.
