Steps for Automatic Milk powder filling packing production line:
1. The unscrambling machine will unscramble and lined up the cans first.
2. The powder screw feeder feeding the powder to the filling machine.
3. Double-head powder filling machines with turntable cans feeding.
4. The filled cans will get into the vacuum nitrogen sealing machine. Vacuum, nitrogen filling and can sealing at one go.
5. The sealed cans get into the snap capper for putting dust-proof caps on.
6. Cans get labeled by the label machine.
7. Cans are collected by the unscramble machine and are ready to get load into shipping boxes.
