Fresh milk collection, cooling and storage system:

-If your fresh milk capacity per day is low , then the milk cooling tank will be used for cooling and storage fresh milk . -If your fresh milk capacity per day is high, then need use the plate heat exchanger( PHE ) to cool down fresh milk to 4℃ and pump to milk storage tank

Fresh milk pasteurization system:

-Composed of plate pasteurizer, homogenizer, and centrifuge separator(Optional by client).

-Cone equipment for whole pasteurized milk processing line

-Fresh milk 4℃ inlet→55-65℃ homogenizer/separator→72-85℃/15S pasteurization-4℃outlet

Pasteurized milk filling system:

-Pasteurized milk filled into pouches,bottles and carton with different filling machine

-Cold filling for keep nutrient of pasteurized milk

-Need transported and stored in cold after filled pasteurized milk

-7-14 days shelf life base on different package
