Composed of Hobbing machine with chamfering station, Automatic CNC Shaving machine, automatic loading and unloading bin, automatic oil slitter, automatic sampling table and truss mechanical arm and so on automatic equipment. According to customer needs, it can freely combine to complete all the gear processing procedures before heat treatment.

The layout of the automatic line neatly integrates the three processes of gear hobbing, chamfering and shaving with the automatic loading and unloading system.
