Single Head Ultrasound Series have different Specification to chose, including B/W Ultrasound Scanner (80E, 128E, 192E) and  Color Doppler Ultrasound (80E, 128E, 192E).

Double Head Ultrasound is Color Doppler Ultrasound with difference probe head to chose, also with different element (128E,192E).
