Height limiter main hook assembly

Security has always been an eternal topic.

In order to prevent damage to the net, we installed a height limiter at the end of the digging arm. The height limiter senses that the positive and negative wires are connected to the starting power supply of the excavator, and one end is fixed on the support of the digging arm shaft, while the other end is installed on the digging arm. When the digging arm is raised too high, the two positive and negative wire iron rods contact the iron column on the digging arm, the current will short circuit and the excavator will stall. From the technical control measures to ensure that the digging arm elevation is not too high.
The working principle of the height limiter is to limit the lowering height of the main hook by the position of the height limiter pin. When the main hook descends to a certain height, the height limiter pin will come into contact with the height limiter pin seat, thereby preventing the main hook from continuing to descend.
