This equipment is a digital printing machine which is combined process, researched and designed the technician of our company and Jierun. Many technology can be achieved in this equipment at one time, such as intermittent /full rotary flexo ,cold stamping ,4 to 6 colors digital printing ,full rotary UV vanishing, lamination, intermittent rotary die-cutting, flat bed die-cutting and so on.The digital printing part adopts the top DOD piezoelectric nozzle of Japanese FUJIFILM SAMBA brand.At the resolution of 1200*1200dpi, the Max. speed can reach 100m/min.The hole plugging compensation technology which is unique and independent researched avoids scratch while ink jetting.The machine has automatic maintenance system?of ink droplet.

The conveying platform adopts Japanese Panasonic servo motor,?SHIMPO?reducer, the machine adopts British Trio system,which makes sure the tension stable while running at high speed.

It is mainly used for plateless printing of coated paper, synthetic paper, pearlized film, PET, BOPP and other materials,which also can realize th.e variable information and data making.
