The company is equipped with a full set of casting-sand analyzing equipments.using advanced molding machine in molding, tower-furnace, middle frequency furnace or both in melting. During melting, the element of the iron liquor such as carbon, silicon, magnetic, phosphor, and sulfur are all tested and analyzed on site before casting. We are also equipped with digital metallographic microscope to observe the casting structure.

Our quality and producing capability are guaranteed by one 5T cupola, four electric furnaces at different size, and three resin bonded sand product lines. For the further machining and QC procedure, we buy five numerical control machines and 20 manual ones.
