Q: Do I need the software to use the plustrace-G1?

No! You just need the software if you want to re-program the logger (and only if the logger have not been started yet)

Q:What's the MOQ?

Answer: It's 100pcs, but if you need less, it`s ok, but the price will be changed based on your quantity.

  

Q:Should we use our logo/brand?

Answer: Yes, of course. OEM is absolutely welcome supported; both on package or devices and report.

 

How can I get a sample? What`s the sample fee? How long will it take?

Answer: Free sample can be provided on request. It can be ready within 3days.

 

Q:How long can I get my order?

For samples, we will finish production and ship within 7~10 working days. For bulk orders, usually 15~20 working days and depends on your design.

 

Q:How to send us the products?

A: The Plustrace product design uses a self-calibrating circuit. Means that every time,the microprocessor determines the circuit resistance by using a high-precision resistor in place of the thermistor. This allows the unit to compensate for any effects the electronic circuit has on accurate temperature readings over the life of the product.

A: A plustrace G1 single use logger has a one-year shelf time. We guarantee the battery life and monitor accuracy for one year.
