Handle?
The handle is used for the insert’s installation in thread bottom hole. The operation principal is to make insert to go through guide thread, and outer diameter can be narrowed and then the insert can be installed in the bottom hole. The handle can be divided into manual handle and automatic handle, but the manual ones are the mostly used.?
1. Manual handle: this is used to manually install inserts. The manual handle can be divided into composed nut handle and integral nut handle.?
(1) Composed nut handle
This sort of handle is used to install small insert, ST2*0.4~ST8*1.
Remark method: ZHB/ST d*p
Example: the manual installation handle, used to install ST4*0.7, can be marked as ZHB/ST4*0.7.?
(2) Integral nut handle
This sort of handle is used to install ST8*1 insert, or inserts of above. .
Remark method: ZTB/ST ?d*p
Example: the manual installation handle, used to install ST10*1, can be marked as ZTB/ST 10*1.

3. Semi-automatic installation handle: this handle is grouped into pneumatic handle and electric handle. Both kinds are used in the massive inserts installation, or used in assembling line.?
