SPU Sealant
The curing mechanism of silicone-modified sealants is to take advantage of the action of water vapor in the air to cause hydrolysis of silanized polymers with a -Si(OR), or -SiR (OR)-structure at the end of the chain and cross-linking them into elastomers with a Si-O-Si mesh structure, thus achieving sealing and adhesive effects.

Silicone-modified polyurethane sealant does not contain free isocyanate, does not contain solvents, there is no toxicity in storage and use, the product meets the humidity curing only released a trace of alcohol molecules, fully in line with environmental requirements, and stone, cement, steel and other building materials, non-corrosive. Silicon modified polyurethane molecular chain in the unsaturated bond content is extremely low, has good weathering and aging resistance, resistance to climate change and UV radiation, outdoor use does not need to apply varnish. Hydrolysis and chemical resistance of silicone-modified polyurethane sealant
Silicone-modified polyurethane molecules contain silicone chain segments, and the main chain is a chemically stable polyether, giving the sealant good resistance to antifreeze, diesel fuel, automotive lubricants and other properties.

(1) Super Absorbent Polymer

Polyacrylamide is widely used as lubricant, suspending agent, clay stabilizer, oil repellent, water loss reduction agent and thickening agent in drilling, acidizing, fracturing, water plugging, well cementing, and secondary and tertiary oil recovery, and it is a kind of extremely important oilfield chemicals.
