Special Jet Mill For Cathode Materials
?The positive electrode materials are fed into the milling machine through a uniform feeding device. Under the action of high-speed airflow, the materials collide with each other at high speed and are crushed. The crushed positive electrode materials are then sorted by a high-efficiency centrifugal classifier. The qualified products are discharged from the outlet of the dust collector under the negative pressure of the high-pressure induced draft fan. The unqualified positive electrode materials are recycled back to the milling machine for secondary crushing, and the cycle is repeated until the positive electrode materials are crushed to the required particle size. This equipment has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability, and reliability, which can meet the high requirements of the lithium-ion battery industry for crushing equipment.
