Lead based composite stabilizer is a widely used stabilizer in PVC plastic products, mainly used to prevent thermal decomposition and photodegradation of PVC during processing and use. It is composed of basic lead salts (such as lead sulfate, lead silicate, lead phosphate, etc.), stabilizers (such as phenolic antioxidants, heat stabilizers, etc.), lubricants (such as stearic acid, calcium stearate, etc.), and other additives (such as plasticizers, pigments, etc.).
The stability mechanism of lead based composite stabilizers is mainly achieved by adsorbing the hydrochlorous acid generated by PVC decomposition, preventing it from reacting with PVC molecular chains, thereby protecting the stability of PVC molecular chains. In addition, lead based composite stabilizers can also improve the melting flowability of PVC and improve its processing performance. JX-04 series products are lead based composite stabilizers, containing lightweight lead based compounds, antioxidants, and internal and external lubricants, suitable for extrusion of U-PVC pipes. Irregular flaky or granular, dust-free. Containing appropriate composite antioxidants and polymer additives can significantly improve the outdoor performance and surface performance of PVC pipes.
