Amer Automotive Power Battery Case Drawing Oil DL-2 is a lubricant specifically developed for the stretching (deep drawing) process of new energy power battery cases. It uses refined mineral oil as the base oil and is formulated with various internally synthesized ester lubricants, antioxidants, and sedimentation inhibitors. It provides very strong drawing lubrication performance and oil film strength, while being easy to clean. It is recommended for large shells and higher-difficulty drawing in new energy power battery cases, and is also suitable for deep drawing and blanking of other aluminum materials.
