      Metal Working Fluid can be classified in four types: Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid and Emulsion Metal Working Fluid by different application. This product is compounded by high quality high temperature antioxidant, cooling accelerant, brightening agent, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, corrosion inhibitor, etc.

      Metal Working Fluid Quenching Oil Additive Package T77501A has excellent temperature characteristic, time characteristic, long term performance nad just a little deposition. 

      It has excellent quenching ability to increase the cooling speed significantly. It also has the ability to keep the metal surface brightening.

It is packed 180KGS in each drum.

The storage, transport and production should meet the requirements of SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75°C, for long-term storage, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C. The product is not flammable, explosive, and corrosive. Its safety cause, environmental protection and usage may refer to the general procedures for the common petroleum products.
