Product description
It has equality structure, high porosity, low aeration resistance, big air-liquid contact area, spread evenly for bubble, without perforation blocked, lower gas consumption than conventional diffusers, higher efficiency for water treatment.
This product is a method to increase the total amount of gas dissolved in the liquid by increasing the contact area of gas and liquid. The gas passes through the very small pores of the microporous ceramic, and is dispersed in the liquid into many misty micro bubbles with a diameter between 0.05 and 0.5 mm. The gas is dissolved in the liquid during the floating of the microbubbles, to achieve the purpose of increasing a certain gas content in the liquid.
The dissolution efficiency is directly proportional to the depth of the liquid. Because the micro bubble diffuser has a pressure resistance of 0.7Mpa, it can be used in liquids with a depth of less than 70 meters. In addition, the micro bubble diffuser only needs to be connected to a gas source with a pressure output greater than 0.1Mpa to work, without electric drive, so it is also suitable for use in occasions where stable power cannot be provided.
