Introduction:

This Deval machine is used to measure specific abrasion strength of aggregates, then to determine the quality of it.

For some stone aggregates, the abrasion strength are different depend on in state of dry or moist. This Deval machine is used to
measure specific abrasion strength of aggregates, then to determine the quality of it.
The machine mainly consists of 4 rolling cylinder tanks, sealing covers, holding frame, gearbox, motor and controller.

Features:

The 4 cylinder tanks are mounted on two horizontal axis. Each cylinder can be used for one test.
The cylinder tanks are made of stainless-steel (Z 2 CN 18-10).
Inside the cylinder, there should not be any uneven due to welding.
The milling balls which to be put in cylinder and rolling with specimen, are made of stainless steel Z 30 C 13 of diameter
10±0.5mm.
Electric motor drives the cylinders rotating at a constant speed of 100±5 tr/min to perform abrasion testing. The engine will be
automatically stopped at end of the test.

This depends on different types of products. If it is a large machine, the MOQ is usually 1 set. For small instruments, such as thermometers, the MOQ is 50 pieces.
4. What kind of payment term you accept?
Normally,

1) If total contract value less than USD 10,000.00 : 100% T/T in advance after contract signed.
2) If total contract value more than USD 10000.00 : 50% T/T in advance after contract signed and 50% T/T after receipt of BL copy. Or, irrevocable LC is acceptable.
