Dibview OTV-NSH NDI HXH.265 H.264 HD MI SDI Streaming Encoder Decoder With USB Video Recording.

It features high performance, low latency and low bit rates for IPTV/OTT systems, realized Video & Audio real-time transmission via internet, and adopts state-of-the-art compression technology of H.265/H.264/AVC. As encoder, it suppprt video source through the local USB files, HD MI/SDI video or over Ethernet in normal protocol of HTTP/HLS/RTSP/RTP/UDP/RTMP/RTMPs, or in NDI HX streams
for use with other NDI HX compatible systems, converted it to IP.

Meanwhile, It support Decoding function, IP streams or NDI HX streams input , HD MI out.

OTV-NSH NDI HX H.265 H.264 HD MI SDI Streaming Encoder Decoder support 1 Channel of 1080P H.265 video card and stereo audio simultaneously, build-in self-developed full frame rate de-interlacing technology.

OTV-NSH NDI HX H.265 H.264 HD MI SDI Streaming Encoder Decoder provides fully functional second development package, which can be applied to education, health care, IPTV, conference, remote education, news interview, court, public security,banking,transportation and other industry application.

* Support NDI HX encoding and NDI HX decoding functions. At the request of NewTek, the copyright owner, customers who need to use the complete NDI functions need to purchase NDI Authorization separately. If no authorization, only can be use 30 minutes but no affect on other functions.
