The flatpack is economical solution for convenient accommodation / hotels, all the modules will be designed according to various functional rooms: bedroom, public ablution, storage, office, public kitchen.The individual module will be installed after arrival, and further combined and stacked with each other to build the whole hotel.

R&D

CIMC-TLC owns province certified R&D center, equipped with more than 160 engineers, and focus on standard product improvement and new product customized design.

Our engineering team is consist of professional structural, electrical, plumbing, material, 3D design and quality verification technicians, to finalize multiple drawings, specifications,  data sheets, calculations, 3D pictures etc.

 

Production

CIMC-TLC has full sets self-contained production lines: raw material treatment, parts cutting, punching and welding, general assembly, painting, decoration(for modular units),  with 3 production plants, total construction area more than 90,000 m2, annual capacity: 10,000 special containers / 20,000 modular units.

Quality Control
