Modular Kitchen Flatpack Type 

 

The flatpack kitchen could contain plumbing piping system and full sets of cooking, cleaning and storage equipment, such as stove, water boiler, microwave oven, soup pan, washing sink, refrigerator  and storage cabinet.

Ventilation system will also be installed above the stoves,  stainless steel board covering onto the floor and wall will be also considered as an option for water proof and anti-splash.

It`s suggested to pre-install the flatpack module and integrate plumbing & piping into module,  further delivered by individual container.

CIMC-TLC owns province certified R&D center, equipped with more than 160 engineers, and focus on standard product improvement and new product customized design.

Our engineering team is consist of professional structural, electrical, plumbing, material, 3D design and quality verification technicians, to finalize multiple drawings, specifications,  data sheets, calculations, 3D pictures etc.

CIMC-TLC has full sets self-contained production lines: raw material treatment, parts cutting, punching and welding, general assembly, painting, decoration(for modular units),  with 3 production plants, total construction area more than 90,000 m2, annual capacity: 10,000 special containers / 20,000 modular units.

Quality Control
