? ? ? ? The shuttle pad printer is one of the most important types of pad printers. It is equipped with a mobile workbench that can shuttle and change in different printing positions, which can achieve accurate color registration. The earliest shuttle workbench was controlled by a cylinder, with low positioning accuracy and limited printing functions. It is generally only suitable for multi-color pad printing at the same position of the same product, and its production efficiency is severely restricted.
With the increase in labor costs and the continuous improvement of pad printing machine functions, the shuttle workbench is upgraded, and the servo motor control is used to greatly improve the position accuracy of the shuttle workbench. At the same time, the shuttle workbench can also be installed with a servo device that can adjust horizontally, vertically, and angles in multiple dimensions to achieve one-time complex pad printing of products in multiple directions, angles, and colors. This type of pad printer usually analyzes the pad printing position and characteristics of the product, and finely sets various parameters and controls them under computer control, so as to achieve the purpose of fully pad printing a product with one machine, greatly improving production efficiency, which is equivalent to the automatic combination of multiple single-color pad printers.
Servo shuttle pad printers have been widely used in the printing fields of household appliances, electronics, auto parts, telecommunication products, toys, hardware paper products, plastic products, gifts, crafts and stationery products.

Structure
The four-color shuttle pad printer is the most powerful and widely used type of multi-color pad printer. It can perform 1-4 color pad printing on multiple parts of a product:
Shuttle Workbench: Usually a four-station shuttle workbench is used. The traditional pad printer is driven by a cylinder, and the pad printer with higher precision is driven by a servo motor. The workbench can drive the product to switch between different stations to achieve high-precision overprinting. The fixture itself can also be equipped with a servo rotation device to rotate the product at any angle.
Ink supply system: There are two ink supply methods: open oil pan or closed oil cup: European and American countries mostly use oil cup ink supply, and Asian and African countries mostly use oil pan ink supply.
Printing device: The four rubber heads of the traditional shuttle pad printer are controlled by a group of cylinders, and the rubber heads are pressed down at the same time. In more advanced pad printers, the control of the rubber heads is controlled by independent cylinders. The printing process is independent of each other and does not affect each other. Products with larger dimensions can be printed. Some pad printers can be equipped with automatic cleaning rubber head devices according to user needs.
For pad printing ink drying, most products use hot air drying. With the increasing maturity of UV inks for some plastic products, it is becoming common to install UVLED processing devices on pad printing machines.
Control system: Generally, a microcomputer-controlled key operation panel is used, and more advanced pad printing machines use PLC and touch screen operation panels.
