PEEK Material - Model number
Peek-1000 (natural color):PEEK-1000 is made of pure polyetherketone resin
Toughness and impact resistance in all PEEK grades.

Peek-1000 can be sterilized with convenient disinfection methods (steam, dry 

heat, ethanol, and Y radiation), and the raw materials used to manufacture 

peEK-1000 comply with eu and US FDA regulations on food compliance. These characteristics make it very popular in the medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.

Peek-hpv (Black): The result of the addition of PTFE, graphite and carbon fiber

makes peEK-HPV a bearing grade plastic whose superior friction properties 

(low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, high peak pressure limit) make this

 grade an ideal material for friction applications.

Peek-gf30: This material is filled with 30% glass fiber reinforced grade stage 

material, more than peEK-1000. It has better rigidity and creep resistance and

 better dimensional stability.

It is ideal for manufacturing structural parts that can withstand fixed loads for

 long periods of time at temperature.

If peEK-GF30 is used as a sliding piece, its suitability should be carefully 

checked as the glass fiber scratches the mating surface.

Peek-ca30: This material is filled with 30% carbon fiber reinforced and has an

 advantage over peEK-GF30.

Mechanical properties (higher elastic modulus, mechanical strength, and creep)

 and wear resistance, and the plastic reinforced with carbon fiber is 3.5 times 

more thermally conductive than the unreinforced PEEK material -- it dissipates

 from the bearing surface faster.
