Application:

The ST-801-Q Vertical Positioning and Labeling Machine is designed for cylindrical bottles. It is suitable for full winding, partial winding, and fixed-point labeling on the circumference of industrial round bottle products, including those used in the daily chemical, pharmaceutical, health care, food, and chemical industries. This versatile machine can automatically label objects of various diameters and heights.

• Disc Rotation Labeling:

  • Controlled by a servo motor, the disc rotation labeling (or cylinder positioning) feature allows for fast and efficient labeling.

• Label Application:

  • Capable of applying one or two labels as per the settings, offering flexibility in labeling requirements.

• High-Precision Labeling:

  • Bottles are positioned on three sides to ensure high-precision labeling, unaffected by uneven bottoms.

• Bubble-Free Labeling:

  • Utilizes a rubber wheel to rotate the label, ensuring that transparent labels are applied without bubbles.

• User-Friendly Control System:

  • The entire electrical system is controlled by a PLC. The machine features an English touch screen interface, making it convenient and intuitive to operate.

• Durable and Aesthetic Design:

  • The machine is housed in an all-stainless steel round corner cabinet, which is convenient, easy to clean, and visually appealing.

Suitable bottles:	cylinderical bottles with diameter Φ20-90mm, height 30mm-160mm (The ration between diameter and height should be less than 1:3, such as 2ml~20ml penicillin bottle, 50~500ml infusion bottle)
Labeling speed:	300pcs/min(depends on the diameter of bottles and labels’s sizes)
Labeling accuracy:	The axial position deviation of the bottle is ±0.5mm, and the front and rear height deviation is ±1.0mm
Power Supply:	200V±10%
Relative temperature of working environment:	-20~50℃
Relative humidity of working environment:	15~95%
Working hours:	24 hours continuous operation under good maintenance conditions
