The Boman BMO-MF300 nitrogen-oxygen mixer focuses on the precise gas source ratio requirements for laser cutting: It is compatible with 6-60KW equipment. After inputting oxygen/nitrogen (1.0-2.5Mpa), it outputs a mixed gas with adjustable pressure of 1.0-1.6Mpa, with a flow rate of up to 120Nm3/h, meeting the gas source supply requirements for heavy-load cutting.

It adopts high-precision high-pressure proportional valves and independent PID control, with a proportioning error of only ±1.0% from 80% to 99.99%. It is equipped with four mixing modes: the micro-oxygen mode covers thin plates, medium and thick plates, and aluminum alloys, while the pure nitrogen mode is suitable for bright surface cutting of stainless steel, with few burrs and smooth cut surfaces. Touch screen interface + three-channel quick connection, 5-25S rapid response, simple and easy to operate.
