3. Durability

The light steel structure warehouse is entirely composed of cold-formed thin-walled steel components, and the steel frame is made of super anti-corrosion high-strength cold-rolled galvanized sheet, effectively avoiding the influence of steel plate corrosion during construction and use, and increasing the service life of light steel components. The structural lifespan can reach 100 years.

4. Thermal insulation

The thermal insulation material used in the steel frame warehouse is mainly fiberglass cotton, which has good thermal insulation effect. The insulation board used for exterior walls effectively avoids the "cold bridge" phenomenon of the wall and achieves better insulation effect. The thermal resistance value of R15 insulation cotton with a thickness of about 100mm can be equivalent to a brick wall with a thickness of 1m.

5. Soundproofing performance

Sound insulation effect is an important indicator for evaluating residential properties. The windows installed in the light steel warehouse building system are all made of insulated glass, which has good sound insulation effect and can achieve sound insulation of over 40 decibels; The wall composed of light steel keel and insulation material gypsum board can achieve a sound insulation effect of up to 60 decibels.
