Field controlled loading
Remote controlled loading
?System Overview Bottom loading arm has wide applications in loading light oil (i. e.??gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, naphtha), benzene (benzol, methylbenzene, dimethyl benzene) at petrochemical plants and oil refineries and depots. Our Quantitative Loading Control System is designed as its auxiliary equipment for automatic oil loading process.??This reliable high-tech system allows its users easy access to its rich functions and utilities. Its features include parameter setup for loading, data collection, temperature-compensating flow measurement, quantitative control, overfill prevention and antistatic interlock, operation monitor, and log output. It also offers communication interface for connections to external PCs. The quantitative loading control system is a helpful supplement for the bottom loading arm to give its maximum performance by increasing the precision, speed, reducing human error and pollution, thus improving the efficiency and saving energy. Our objectives are safety, labor efficiency, ease-of-use, time saving, and ultimately higher returns. ? System Structure

? Features 1. The system has distributed field control and centralized remote control. In order to ensure reliability, both controls are simultaneously available, allowing operators to continue loading works at individual loading lots using field controllers even in case of exceptions at central controllers. ? 2. ?Field controlled loading: Operators could conduct loading at individual loading lots based on the Operator's Manual. ? 3. ?Remote controlled loading: All loading lots would be accessed through the central control room where operators could conduct loading to single or multiple tankers. Relevant data will be consistent between the control room and field devices, depicting the complete information set for loading. ? ? ?
