Construction methods? TD-DM superfine cement
(1)Select TD-DM7000 or TD-DM8000 based on different crack space size, soil geological environment, grouting foundation conditions and ?intensity index requirement. Generally, as to the parts with relatively bigger crack space(f ≥0.2mm)or middling coarse sandy layer with relatively larger particle size(about ? f=0.5mm), suitable to grouting with TD-DM7000; while, for the parts with relatively smaller crack space(0.2mm≥ f ≥0.02mm)or particle size of fine sand and powder sand layer(about f=0.1mm), suitable to grouting with TD-DM8000. (2)Adjusting appropriate water-cement ratio(usually, TD-DM7000 adjustable range: 0.4~2.0; TD-DM8000 adjustable range: 1.0~5.0), stirring with electric dispersion machine until uniformed ingredients slurry, then pour into the grouting barrel. (3)Abutting joint the conveying pipe mouth of grouting machine and the grouting mouth that fixed on the base in advance, connecting electric source of grouting machine, then opening valve for grouting, be careful to control the grouting pressure within certain range.(usually within 0.1-0.5Mpa. Different base condition and water cement ratio with different grouting pressure. Two much pressure may formed into splitting grouting, fail to permeate evenly and too small may fail to penetrate to subtle space) (4)Sealing grouting hole when grouting finished.
