Bow Spring Centralizer

Hinged bow spring centralizer is made of high grade alloy steel which is heat treated and tempered. There are two types available. Hinged non welded bow spring centralizer and welded latch type bow spring centralizer. The welded type have the bows welded on the two collars of the casing centralizers. But the non welded type have interlocking design between end collar and spring bows. We also offer double-bow spring centralizers to meet some customers’ requirements.

Polymer Centralizer

Composite centralizer combines the function of solid body centralizer and roller centralizer, but it have much more its features. The composite centralizer is designed of one-piece composite construction. We have two types of this kind of composite centralizer, one type is with the steel rings on the two ends, the other type is without rings.

When ordering, please specify:

Casing size

Hole size or OD of the centralizer

Do you need the steel rings on the two ends of the polymer centralizer or not

If impossible ,the required length of the stamped centralizer

One-piece Composite Construction

Roller Centralizer

Roller centralizers are mainly used for big high Roller, high  deviated wells and horizontal wells, to centre casings. The rollers are installed in the blades of the roller solid body centralizers. The rollers will take all the pressure when running into the casing and will make it easier for the casing running. Rollers can be installed in solid body centralizers or polymer/composite centralizers
