Therefore the real filtration is realized through the cake layer. In case that the filter cake over the surface of filter screen reaches certain thickness, the feeding shall be stopped, and compressed air or steam shall be employed to blow dry the cake, and clean the filter screen the discharge , the vibration dreg discharging device shall be switched on, the dregs shall be unloaded because of weight and vibration. As to sticky filter cake, manual help shall be provided to clean up the dregs.
