Notice of process tanks:

1. Material selection: As a galvanizing equipment, the pretreatment tank is usually made of acid and alkali resistant materials, such as stainless steel, fiberglass, etc., to ensure the corrosion resistance of the process tank.

2. Size: The size of process tank should be determined based on the specifications of the workpieces to be plated and the requirements of production line, to ensure that the steel can be completely immersed in the solution and achieve the desired treatment effect.

3. Solution ratio: The solution in the process tank needs to be configured according to a certain ratio to ensure that the acidity, concentration, and other parameters of the solution meet production requirements.

4. Mixing device: The process tank is usually equipped with a mixing device to maintain the uniformity of the solution and ensure a uniform and consistent treatment effect on the surface of the steel.

5. Temperature control: The solution in the process tank usually needs to be maintained at a certain temperature to ensure treatment effectiveness and the progress of the galvanizing reaction, usually controlled by heating devices.
