TRAINING METHOD
Gaze at the farthest large target on the card, and the trainer feels that the large target is a mixture of red and green, while the middle target and small target are both red and green, distributed on both sides.
Alternately focus on the large, medium, and small visual targets and maintain fusion for 5 seconds. When the trainer focuses on one visual target, the other two are both red and green, with two each
Alternate gaze between different visual targets 10 times each.
