Tailgate relay

Tailgate relay is a kind of electrical equipment used to control the lifting of vehicle tailgate (cargo box). It usually consists of an electromagnet, a contact and a control circuit. When the electromagnet is energized, the magnetic force generated will attract the contact to close, so that the current passes through the control circuit, driving the tail motor to run, and realizing the lift function of the tail plate. Tailgate relays usually have high current and voltage carrying capacity to adapt to the working requirements of tailgate motors. At the same time, it can also be remotely operated through the control signal to improve the convenience and safety of the tailboard lifting. Tailgate relays are widely used in trucks, logistics vehicles and construction machinery.
