? The differences between our nano heat insulation glass coating and ordinary films as follow: 1.Nano?coating is much cheaper than films. 2.The hardness of nano coating is higher than films. They can reach 5-6H,and the hardness of films is only 2-3H, which means nano cover is more wear resistant and enjoy longer service life. 3.The films resist heat by reflecting IR, but our nano coating by absorbing IR. 4.In most situations, Nano coating has? higher ?visible light transmittence. Our product can reach 70% light? transmittence. 5.The application way of nano coating is more flexible ,for example, if the coverage needed to be applied is??? very huge, or when the glass's shape is irregular, films will not be a good choice. 6.Films have function to anti-explosion which nano coating has not and the color of films can be chosen for some specific needs, but nano?coating has only one color: light blue. All in all,coating has more advantages compared with the films. ? Applications: Mainly used in window glass ,reflection glass curtain wall. Its heat-insulation effect is pretty good.The characteristic are easy applied, quickly be film, can save 20%-30% energy compared with the normal glass,high hardness(the hardnes is to 3H 24 hours?, 6H?7days later after??application), anti-scrub and long lifetime. Besides, it is?very cost-effective, green ?and is believed to have a big market in the future. Aplication Method:
1.Wash the glass and require the surface clean and dry
2.Done well correlation parts protection with masking tape
3.This is double compositions product, mix A and B as 1:1 into container.
4.Dip the coating solution with sponge and brush in the same direction
