Underfloor Heating System Panel

Underfloor Heating System Panel which has a return side to other side is an efficient thermal insulation material in underfloor heating system.

The hot pipes can be installed into the grooves, if the XPS board is covered by aluminum foil or aluminum panel, the energy could be spreaded efficiently and evenly.

Characteristics:

· Easy access, floor level ideal for elderly or disabled

· Can be finished with tiles to match surrounding decoration

· Can be cut to fit on site

· Use to create a wet room or enclosed shower area

Installation of Underfloor Heating Panel:

1. For tile

A) Clean the exsiting floor and make sure it's flat

B) Glue the aluminum laminated floor heating insulation board on the floor

C) Join the panel with aluminum tape

D) Insert the pipe into the grooves.

E) Install tiles with tile adhesive cement.

2.For Wooden floor

A) Clean the exsiting floor and make sure it's flat

B) Lay the floor heating insulation board on the floor

C) Lay the aluminum sheet on the floor heating insulation board

D) Join the panel with aluminum tape

E) Insert the pipe into the grooves.

F) Install wooden floor
