VGA Signal encoder and decoder is that the signal of VGA, audio, RS232 and RS485 have been encoded by the mode of compressed to become the data stream, taking the method of network to transmit the data stream in LAN, and adopting the broadcasting way for transmitting, the bandwidth is less than 3M. VGA decoder recrives the signal of VGA, Audio, RS232\RS485 which decompressed into TS stream from the network. One encoder is able to connect with twenty sets of decoder at the same time, all decoders of video and audio are transmittting simulteneously, and also is possible for one encoder and one decoder transmitted.

It is satisfied that VGA signal is available for remote transmission. Image of resolution is 1024*768@60Hz, the time delay between the encoders is less than 200ms, the image of quality is up to standard of high definition.

VGA decoder can also adopt the software of PC to make the video tape for the video and audio signal.
