Work roll and intermediate roll assembly

2. Hardeness
A. Work roll: Surface quenching HRC63~65, depth of quenching 3~5mm
B. Intermediate roll: Surface quenching HRC62~64, depth of quenching 3~5mm

3. Application:
Widely used in plate roll tension leveler machine and non-ferrous metal bending and leveling leveler machine, usually used together with back-up roll

4. Features:
A. High revolution precision: Due to small moment of inertia, and machined by precision grinding equipment, the work roll (or intermediate roll) has high revolution precision.
B. High carrying ability: Work roll, intermediate roll and multiple back-up rolls combined support, which has high carrying ability.
C. High performance lubricating grease: Inject sufficient waterproof and long-acting lubricating grease into the back-up roll, can ensure the back-up roll serve long time without maintenance.
D. High degree of surface finish: The roller surface is chrome-plated and processed by multi times grinding, ultra-precision technology, enable the surface roughness gets significantly improved, prevent damages to the product surface.
E. Good sealing performance: Adoption of sealed deep groove ball bearings and labyrinth seal ensure the roll good sealing performance.
F. Low torque: Deep groove ball bearing and angular contact ball bearing together with the high-performance grease ensure the roll with low torque.
G. Corrosion resistant roll end support structure: For poor working conditions, the roll end support can be made of corrosion-resistant materials (like stainless) or surface hard chromium plating, to enhance corrosion-resistant ability, and prolong service life.
H. Capable of repair: Radial dimension of work roll (or intermediate roll) are much larger than roll end support, with 3-5mm hard chrome plating, which have sufficient coping capacity, can be used for many times.
