The 512 x 2 InGaAs linear array detector mainly consists of a low noise readout integrated circuit (ROIC), a P-I-N structure InGaAs photosensitive chip and a one-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC). Both metal package and ceramic package are available for this type of detector. This manual herein describes the hermetic metal package product only.
