InGaAs Linear Array Detector

The detector is hermetically sealed in a metal package which is filled with atmospheric pressure high purity nitrogen. The metal package with Ni/Au plating finish is made from Kovar alloy. The window sealing method is indium brazing. The top sealing method is resistance welding.

The short-wave infrared imager generates high-resolution images by receiving infrared reflection signals from the target, and it works very well when the sun or starlight serves as the reflected light source for the target. Compared with visible light detection, short-wave infrared also has good detection ability under the conditions of smoke, haze and dust. The short-wave infrared InGaAs detector operates at room temperature. Its significant advantages of high performance, high reliability, low power consumption, and low cost, makes it to be the ideal choice for the short-wave infrared system.
