NIC 640 InGaAs Flat-panel Array Detector

The detector has 640 x 512 pixels InGaAs focal plane, and the pixel is square, and the center distance is 15μm. The photosensitive size is 12.5μm x 2.5μm. The distance between the photosensitive surface and upper surface of sealing is 2.41 ±0.2mm. The distance between the photosensitive surface and lower surface of the window is 1.41 ±0.2mm. The distance between the photosensitive surface and lower surface of the aperture is 0.71 ±0.2mm. The window is 0.6±0.02 mm thick, made of sapphire, and it has AR (anti-reflective) coating. The index of refraction is 1.76 and transmittance in the spectral response range is greater than 95%. The window transmission area is 13.5mm× 11.5mm, and the aperture light transmission area is 10.4mm× 8.5mm. The center of the photosensitive surface is located in the center of the detector, with a relative position offset of ≤0.05mm and a relative rotational displacement of ≤0.02mm.
