Our tungsten carbide drawing dies are composed by micro crystalline rare refractory metal carbide and high-purity cobalt powder for auxiliary metal or other metal powder as the binder. As a result of special production methods, and use of international advanced low pressure sintering furnace, the alloy is not only to maintain the original valued properties of tungsten carbide, and its performance increased by 1/4 than ordinary drawing die. At the same time, due to cobalt or other metal for cement, it becomes also tough.

1. Import area: import area for precision polishing, easy to import silk smooth, and easy to pull silk lubricant to spin;
2. lubricating area: the lubricating area is highly polished to make the wire transition easily.
3. Compression area: linear workspace can reduce pullout resistance, change point contact as surface contact, reduce friction and die wear, and the deformation structure is more reasonable and stable. It can be pulled smoothly when the upper line is thicker or thinner.
4. The diameter setting area: the straight diameter area can ensure the accurate diameter of the wire, the degree of smoothness and the degree of roundness.
5. Safety angle: the safety angle can guarantee the wire rod pull out without wound, the life has the trend of longer and longer.
6. Export area: the export area can ensure that the wire is smooth.
