Multi-function Extraction Tank

Multi-function Extraction Tank is designed, manufactured andinspected in accordance with the pressure vessel
standard(GB150-2011)and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vesselstandard(NB/T 47003.1-2009),strictly meeting GMP certificaterequirements.

Tank Optional Configuration

Mobile Storage Tank Optional Configuration: sterile air filter,thermometer (digital display type or dial), pressure gauge,
sightglasses, sanitary manhole, in-outlet, ClP universal rotatingcleaning ball, level gauge, etc., or configured according
tocustomers requirements.

Feature

1.There are varieties of volume from 2000L~8000L, also it can bedesigned and customized according to the customers"requirements.

2.Pneumatic control self-ocking type discharge door ensures noleakage and it is fast and safe under the sudden electricity offand gas off.

3.Connector uses tri-clamp, inner tank use SS304 or $S316L, theinner surface mirror polishing Ras0.28 μm ~0.6 μ m. Outersurface can be polished, wiredrawn, sandblasted according toCustomer'srequirement.
