The surface of 55 gallon barrel clamp is zinc plated, which could reach the same anti-corrosion performance as XEAL? metal drum closures. Drum clamps are galvanized after riveting, which ensures all surface area of barrel ring clamp is fully zinc plated.

There are several weld spots on each hinge. These weld spots are helpful to form a smoother and stronger area after 55 gallon barrel lid clamps are welded onto the drum locking ring. The hole design on handle and bridge design on hinge allow a T seal to go through, which provides additional protection to the closing system.
